What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Greenwood Star LLC?
Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager in the multi-family industry and is able to manage the demands of a Class A property with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress
- Implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis
- Prepare reports for market comparables within the surrounding area
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Intermediate to advanced levels of experience with accounting and/or mathematical functions
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Yardi, word-processing, and presentation software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
