Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Program Scheduler to manage the integrated master schedule of a program management office.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
- Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate intervention.
- Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports.
- Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
- Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Document project scheduling processes and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or in a related field.
- Two years’ experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position.
- Preferred certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP).
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Project.
