Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator/Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our projects, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. From developing plans to coordinating selections and gathering pricing, your attention to detail and knack for organization will ensure seamless project execution. Plus, with our state-of-the-art software management platform, JobTread, you'll have the tools you need to streamline workflows and unleash your full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop detailed plans.
• Coordinate selection processes, guiding clients through material and design choices.
• Communicate effectively with trade partners to obtain accurate pricing and project timelines.
• Utilize JobTread to manage project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Should be familiar with PlanSwift and able to "perform takeoffs" to determine material quantities needed for construction.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and construction contracts for client review and approval.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions.
• Maintain organized documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in construction project coordination and estimating.
• Proficiency in project management software, preferably JobTread.
• Experience with PlanSwift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to upholding high-quality standards and delivering exceptional results.

Schedule:

• Full-time; with the option of some remote work.

Salary:

• $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
