Gregor Industries Inc. is seeking a Skilled CARPENTER/GENERAL LABORER/PAINTER
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
The position will entail working on commercial job sites.
The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of:
Metal Framing
Drywall
Acoustic Ceilings for commercial sites
Working while following all health and safety standards is essential.
Responsibilities
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Cut, shape and smooth material according to measurements
Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
Lay out flooring, ceilings or drywall ensuring they are leveled and compatible
Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
Build scaffolding and other construction structures
Requirements 8 years proven experience as carpenter Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials

Excellent understanding of skilled labor/carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
Good understanding of basic math
High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour Based on position and experience
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Overtime
Weekend availability
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with a valid drivers' license
You must have your own vehicle that you can drive to and from work
Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.
Must meet the following requirements:

Must provide own transportation and own tools
Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
