This key role is for someone who enjoys managing and tracking concurrent projects, staying on top of communications with a diversity of stakeholders, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated, in compliance, and running smoothly, leading to more highly-satisfied customers.

Grenier is happy to consider part-time, flexible, and fully remote work until a candidate can shift to a full-time blend of in-office and remote.
Located in vibrant Waterbury, Vermont, a 2-minute bike ride from the Perry Hill Trails, 20 minutes from great ski areas, and 5-minutes from the interstate for an easy commute from the Burlington area or Central Vermont.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Grenier’s point person for overall project management
- Coordinate efforts among all key project stakeholders and service providers, including developers, architects, builders and other subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Track and report on job budgets
- Communicate with clients and follow up on myriad details using Ajera
- Monitor progress, explore and resolve concerns, manage expectations, and use customer feedback to meet or exceed expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
- A.S. or B.S. Degree in Engineering or Construction
- 3 or more years of experience in general project management. PMP not required.
- Familiarity with construction and engineering projects.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce and present well-written reports and regulatory compliance documents.
- Ability to plan, set priorities, organize, and manage projects to budget and deadlines.
- Comfortable using a database to track projects. Familiarity with Ajera preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, take initiative, and support coworkers as needed.
