The Sales Assistant position will be an integral part of the fast-paced Sales Department and contribute to the success of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for our Sales Assistant are to:
• Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner
• Schedule appointments
• Respond to customer inquiries as they arise via phone and email
• Prospect existing clients, service customers and lease maturity clients
• Assisting Sales Associates with customer follow-up
Qualifications:
• Absolutely must sound engaging, excited, and professional on the phone
• Prior reception or office experience preferred
• Focus on providing exemplary customer service
• Strong communication skills, articulate and detail-oriented
• Dynamic problem-solving ability
• Concise writing skills, good grammar and spelling
• Must be capable with computers
