The Terminal Supervisor ensures customer satisfaction with all touch points within the terminal and employee/ customer interaction. Proactively addresses any customer relationship issues. Direct supervision of drivers. Ensures proper cash handling procedures are adhered to.
We would like your experience to include a minimum of 2 years in Hospitality or Customer Service with at least one year in a Supervisor/Management capacity. Human Resources experience a plus and bi-lingual capability a plus. Ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, is able to create innovative solutions to keep customers loyal to our brand, is committed to safety and is an effective communicator. Labor relations and CBAs preferred.
This salaried exempt position will be working in a 24/7 operations environment and must be flexible to work various shifts as needed/scheduled (1st, 2nd & 3rd). To be successful in this leadership role, you must have previous management/supervisory experience, be able to learn on-the-job and/or via online training, take initiative to learn organizational policies/processes and be comfortable with proactively engaging customers and union represented & non-represented employees.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
