What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst position at Greystar?
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Collects and provides analysis of data to be used by the procurement team to track and report on key performance metrics pertaining to revenue, profitability, and compliance.
2. Ensures supplier reports are fully and appropriately completed, including verifying product and pricing information and contacting suppliers for clarification.
3. Assists in examining and evaluating existing national contracts.
4. Produces reports tracking contract expiration dates and spending for assigned categories or departments.
5. Assists with promotion of suppliers through team events.
6. Maintains knowledge of supplier requirements and ensures all processes and procedures are followed.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
