Reads and understands blueprints to projects assigned.
Capable in bidding and getting additional jobs for the company.
Enforces a strong focus on quality and safety standards.
Work closely with managers to determine hiring needs.
Meets deadlines for specific tasks as well as safety protocols to enforce among workers.
Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
