Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining full general ledger responsibilities for their assigned properties. It is a dynamic position that will require excellent communication skills and coordination with various departments within the company.
Qualifications and or Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Demonstrated understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles and their application.
- Able to deal with various tasks, environments, and people.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with ability to solve problems and take ownership of projects and results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; ResMan accounting software is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
