What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Lead position at Greystone Property Management Corp?
Our company is looking for a Lead Maintenance to ensure proper functioning of our organization’s assets. You should be in touch with other departments and take into consideration their priorities and needs. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the vehicles and machinery in our fleet. Lead maintenance duties may include tracking repairs, inspecting vehicles and performing preventative maintenance. Due to possible exposure to various elements in the environment, a high degree of physical fitness is required. In addition, you should have a background in mechanical maintenance. Communication skills are essential for working with other departments to maintain equipment. It will also be your responsibility to ensure compliance with corporate standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
- Report to the maintenance manager on day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Complete maintenance on time records and submit them to the maintenance manager.
- Expedite maintenance and repairs on all facilities, using electronic or manual systems, as necessary.
- Fix or replace faulty electrical or mechanical equipment.
- Ensure timely cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms and communal areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities for safety hazards and defects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
