Project Manager - Manufacturing
Position Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finishing projects while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products within established timelines. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the expansion of our business by playing a key role in new customer initiatives. This role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with the Sales team in understanding customer requirements and expectations for new business opportunity
- Play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to production.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members to address project challenges and ensure project success.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products on time.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership position (3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Salary : $69,200 - $87,700
