Responsibilities:
The Field Services Technician/Group is dispatched to customer sites for CPE installation, troubleshooting, and any other job that is required. An individual in this role would work to increase our customer and brand loyalty by acting as a liaison between Grid4 and our customers.
- Responsible for the installation, including Routers, Switches, VoIP Phones, wireless systems and any other on-site in collaboration, with the Turn Up Group and Technical Operations Group (TOC)
- Perform testing on various equipment and circuits on-site and identifying issues and resolving any problems in equipment, in collaboration with Turn Up Group or TOC
- Required to contact customers before dispatch to announce arrival to Local Contact; being a strong on-site representative for Grid4
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain trucks – Cleanliness and serviceability
- Maintain service garage
- Occasional use of Lift Equipment and work at heights
- Frequent travel (local) / Occasional overnight stays
- Be able to perform individually at or above expectations
Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:
- Previous experience in related field
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing
- Knowledge with Cisco equipment
- Adtran experience preferred
- Inside wiring knowledge
- Customer-first attitude - proven ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer
- Get it done mentality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Readiness to accept and adapt quickly to change
- Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as an interest and familiarity with technology

Salary range: $43,700.00-$64,157.00
