What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Griddle 145?
Griddle 145 is looking for servers to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and hardworking individual.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks to serve guests
- Clean and sanitize tables and equipment
- Answer in-line or phone calls
- Assist customers or wait tables
- Resolve customer complaints
- Keep the restaurant and front desk organized and clean
- Provide excellent customer service (we treat our customers with respect!)
- Take orders, write orders, check out customers, and take orders from the customer
- Answer questions or make recommendations for nearby restaurants
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and staff
- Stock restaurant inventory (tableware, drink containers, etc.)as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers, waiters, and management
Skills & Qualifications Must have previous experience in restaurant service. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to mulit-task in a fast paced environment. Must have previous experience working in a food service.
