What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Gridline, LLC?
What We Do:
Gridline provides access to top-tier alternative investments, creating an efficient way to gain diversified exposure to non-public assets with lower capital minimums, transparent fees, and greater liquidity.

- Make decisions based on data with a focus on delivering long term value
- Think strategically, and can articulate what they are (and not) trying to accomplish
- Take calculated risks, are open to possible failure, and continuously make progress
- Are passionate about what we’re building and seek to constantly learn
- Operate with a high degree of candor, authenticity, and transparency
Role Overview:

Your mission is to bring to market a world-class alternative investment platform.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Own product development from conception to launch
- Develop a deep understanding of our users, customer journeys, competition, technology, team, and internal business strategy / goals
- Translate product strategy into well-written business requirements, using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- 1-3 years of product management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
