We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems and be able to handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance information
- Collect co-payments and payments for services rendered
- Manage patient records and ensure they are up-to-date
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of phone , computers, typing skills a plus.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
