Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES : Sources, tracks and utilizes COVID testing data to forecast and predict future testing and client needs.
Provides Customer Service Support for all hospital clients for the COVID testing program.
EDUCATION : Associates Degree. Bachelor’s Degree ideal. Preferred training in word processing / data entry / computer operation .
Computer literacy required with experience in Microsoft Excel. Problem-solving skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail a must.
EXPERIENCE : On-the-job training provided.
