Qualifications:
- Full Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and 3000 post-degree clinical hours.
- DORA registration required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing direct services to children.
- Two years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a leadership role.
Job Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Ethical and Quality Standards
- Ensure appropriate practices as outlined by local, state, and federal regulations and best practice standards.
- Assist in the development, review, and update of policies, procedures, and forms related to compliance standards.
- Ensure that full-time Clinical Supervisors and Office Managers maintain at least the minimum required direct clinical hours or direct visitation hours.
- Support with data analysis, and report development.
- Available for crisis situations and provides support/consult to clinicians and staff, as necessary.
- Develop, schedule, and facilitate Meetings/Trainings to meet clinical and administrative needs of the assigned teams.
- In collaboration with Clinical Supervisors, Program Manager and Engagement Coordinator, interview, hire and onboard new staff members as needs.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs and Lift and/or move up to 10-25 pound.
