Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- In-depth knowledge of local, state and federal construction regulations
- Prior experience as a construction superintendent

General Superintendent’s Responsibilities Will Include:
- Management of field operations for multiple projects
- Management of multiple superintendents; including hiring, training, and development
- Monitoring daily updates from multiple superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
- Driving project completion with scheduling and quality in mind
- Ensuring overall compliance with OSHA and Safety requirements
- Maintaining a positive work environment for employees, subcontractors, and clients
What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. An Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Building Construction, or Architecture degree is a plus
- 5 years or more of commercial construction field experience
- 3 years or more of direct supervisory experience
- Current or previous experience in a Superintendent role is REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening is REQUIRED
