Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities to listen to residents' concerns, goals and desires
- Educate the community about the organization's mission, goals, and desired outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to engage potential supporters and volunteers
- Engage residents at the door and at community events to gain feedback for the campaign
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups
- Ability to engage in door-to-door outreach
- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is a plus but not required
