What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant (Seasonal) position at Grippin Donlan Pinkham?
The successful candidate will be professional and friendly, with an aptitude for organizing, scanning and filing complex sets of documents according to established procedures and familiarity with Microsoft Office products as a prerequisite for learning to use our business software.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Indexing and scanning client documents
- Data entry into project tracking software and time management software
- Printing PDF and paper personal and business tax returns and delivering to clients
- Providing backup office reception, greeting clients, and distributing documents
- Ability to maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality protocol
- Other duties as deemed necessary to support the Administrative Team
Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (60 minute lunch)
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Expected Start: January 31, 2022
Expected End: April 18, 2022
