Front Line Staff/ Crew Member

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Crew Members to cover shifts with competitive pay, with various restaurants in our network. As a Crew Member Contractor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring a positive experience at establishment. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food preparation areas, dining tables, and service stations.
• Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and strive to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and uniform standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
