GRM Information Management, a leader in enterprise content management, is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan.
Essential job functions include:
- Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns.
- Organize and execute the creation of marketing materials/sales support materials that augment the efforts of the Sales team.
- Create and implement content on the company website.
- Execute the company’s social media program and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Execution and follow-up on e-mail campaigns.
- Assist with creation and execution of press releases and public relations campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize trade show participation including preshow planning and follow up activities
- Create a variety of presentations and reports on an ongoing and as needed basis.
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments of marketing supplies to various office locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete projects independently
- Must have the ability to multi-task and handle simultaneous projects
- Must be a quick learner
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition
