Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming produce shipments, ensuring quality and freshness
- Properly store and organize produce in designated areas
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Prepare produce displays and ensure they are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Assist customers in selecting and bagging produce items
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- manual pallet jack to move and transport produce as needed
- Use scanner to track inventory and update stock levels accurately
- Load and unload produce shipments from trucks or delivery vehicles
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment
- Familiarity with retail math for pricing and weighing produce items accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control of produce items
- Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
