Department Lead
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department
- Train new team members on department procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Previous experience in food production/retail or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail operations is preferred
