Job Description:
The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall inventory management functions within Grön, focusing on local and regional inventory operations. This position is responsible for optimizing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing efficiency while working collaboratively with various departments. The Inventory Manager will contribute to maintaining seamless operations and improving inventory visibility for our multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the National Inventory Manager to identify process gaps in inventory management.
- Create, follow, and update inventory-related procedures to improve real-time visibility and precision.
- Streamline existing protocols to reduce operational friction and enhance inventory control.
- Train staff at local and regional facilities in newly established inventory procedures.
- Ensure consistent implementation of improved processes across various entities.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain adherence to state-mandated compliance track and trace systems.
- Ensure that inventory practices meet regulatory requirements and standards.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, trends, and discrepancies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve decision-making and optimize inventory levels.
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure a holistic understanding of inventory from procurement to distribution.
- Foster effective communication to align inventory management with organizational goals.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging inventory management technologies.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years’ experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory processes, procedures, and compliance requirements, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- 2 years using inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
This work environment can be loud due to machinery operating. The employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and intense smells from different products. The environment is cool as our facility is kept at 68 degrees or lower to stabilize the chocolate.??

Compensation:
This position starts at $65,000
