- BOH operations. (Monthly inventory, Prep list, help with menu development, etc)
- Able and eager to work the line during service
- Able to work opening (6am) and/or closing (midnight -1am) shifts
- Self-motivated

Groot Hospitality is a Miami Beach, Florida-based collective of top restaurants, bars, cafés, nightlife ventures and hotels.
