The Shrine of the Grotto of Redemption in West Bend, IA is seeking Director of Operations.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies, advertising, fundraising, and promotional activities of the organization
Efficiently operate a quality retail sales operation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to initiate projects, events, and to work independently or as part of a team.
Must have strong written, verbal and negotiation skills, including the ability to deal tactfully with the public and to handle confidential information.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Must be proficient in the use of computers including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Must have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, track projects and organize multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. One weekend a month is requird during May-October.
