Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a landscape crew in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Oversee and participate in landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Utilize supervising experience to guide team members in their tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage lawn care activities including fertilizing, seeding, and aerating to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
- Ensure proper tree care practices are implemented, including pruning, planting, and removal when necessary.
- Maintain grounds by performing tasks such as cleaning, raking, and debris removal.
- Utilize gardening and horticulture knowledge to plan and maintain plant beds, flower gardens, and shrubbery.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by motivating the team, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Members of our Crew Leader team enjoy many of the following benefits:
- Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour for Crew Leaders/Members based on level of experience and licensing

Work Experience:
- 2-5 years previous experience in landscape is a must for this position. We are looking for a passionate people who loves the landscape industry but just doesn’t feel at home at their current company.
