Your mission is to expand our brand footprint by strategically identifying, nurturing, and securing lucrative partnerships. You'll be the linchpin, ensuring seamless integration between our esteemed clientele and internal teams. Occasional travel to client sites will be a vital aspect of your role, facilitating in-depth discussions and fostering future opportunities.

Your Strategic Sales Focus: You will champion our suite of services, including Remediation Contracting (RC), Equipment Rental/Sale/Manufacturing (EQ), Dewatering (DW), and Operation and Maintenance (OM), primarily targeting Local Contractors and Consultants.
Your Core Responsibilities will Include:

Engage with key stakeholders (General Contractors, Construction Managers, etc.) to showcase GWTT’s capabilities.

Foster enduring relationships across various managerial levels, aligning our solutions with their business goals.

Explore and engage potential clients not currently in GWTT’s portfolio.

Participate in pre-bid meetings and site evaluations.

Craft and convey compelling value propositions through presentations and proposals.

Meticulously prepare and submit proposals for qualified opportunities.

Develop and deliver insightful sales presentations and technical sessions.

Effectively utilize and manage our CRM platform, Salesforce, for account and opportunity management.

Represent GWTT at industry events and trade shows.

Collaborate with Operations during job handover sessions.

Visit job sites to strategize plans for mobilization and demobilization.

Stay abreast of industry trends, landscapes, and competitive dynamics.

Analyze strategic shifts in account directions and budget allocations.

Seamlessly coordinate internal resources to secure new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate needs 3-5 years of relevant Technical Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in the Water Treatment, Dewatering, or Heavy Construction fields. Candidates should have strong sales, inter-personal, problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. A B.S. degree in Engineering or Geology is preferred but not required. Heavy construction work experience as a Field Engineer or as a Field Superintendent is also preferred but not required. Candidates must be PC literate, with a thorough knowledge of MS Office.
Quarterly Sales Customer Focus: Each quarter, you will be entrusted with a curated list of Local Consultants and Contractors. Your goal is to penetrate, qualify, and cultivate these entities, transforming them into your core customer base.
