Direct Care Supervisor

Looking for a rewarding career and have experience working with adults with developmental disabilities? Group Living, Inc. has an immediate opportunity available for a dedicated Direct Care Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all the needs of your individual clients are met, including overseeing the delivery of daily living support services, training direct support staff, reviewing and maintaining supporting documentation, and contributing to the overall team environment.

At least two years related education and/or experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred. Good communication, teamwork, organization, and financial management skills are essential. Must be available to be on call after normal work hours. Requirements also include; a valid Arkansas driver’s license and clean driving record, the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, and a stable work and financial history.
