Job Title: Epic Application Support Engineer
Role Location: Remote
Duration of Role: 24 months with possible extention

Epic Resolute:
(home health, hospice) 5 years
Production Support: 5 years
(working w/incident requests & mgmt)
Nice to have - Epic Ambulatory- 2 years
(document visits, place orders, send prescriptions, review results, send patient comms)
Description
- Candidate should be responsible for leading incident support for Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital billing
- Work with offshore team to ensure smooth delivery
- Work with end client to discuss delivery activities
- Create and validate Incident support team roster
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Epic Resolute
- Minimum 5 years of Production Support
- High School Diploma or GED
