The Superintendent, working closely with the Project Management Team, shall oversee all aspects of the planning, implementation, and completion of field work. Duties include examining plans and monitoring the work of the subcontractors to ensure the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. The Superintendent will monitor work progress, perform field inspections and coordinate with the appropriate parties on projects containing site / civil work. The superintendent ensures that all specifications are maintained and identifies any defective or inadequate materials or labor.
The Superintendent’s responsibility is to stay in constant contact with the other field personnel, contractor representatives, and the Project Manager(s) to proactively identify issues before they occur and address all issues that may arise. Superintendents must demonstrate strong supervisory experience, as they must manage a team of workers and meet goals independently of the other aspects of construction and with minimal oversight.

Salary range: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
