New Grove Manor located in East Orange, NJ is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator.

Clinical Nurse Educator - Benefits:

Clinical Nurse Educator - Requirements:

Provide general orientation education for all new employees
Review 24-hour reporting and nurses notes to address any clinical issues and ensure appropriate follow up
Coordinate daily clinical meeting with nursing managers to ensure continuity of care
Participation in weekly Utilization Review
Act as employee health nurse for all new hires ensuring H P, all health paperwork, PPD and immunizations are completed
Oversee annual TB screening for all “high risk” employees
Responsible for ongoing education and in-servicing of all nursing staff
Ensure completion and organization of all employee health records
Ensure completion and organization of all employee mandatory education and all nursing education
Provide as needed in-servicing to nursing staff to address any clinical or occupational issues in addition to mandatory in-servicing as set forth by CMS
