Located in Glendale, WI, Grover Corporation was established in 1929 and is the leading specialty piston ring manufacturer in the US. We ship our products around the world where they are used in large engines hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, air compressors, turbo chargers, shock absorbers and many other applications.

We are looking for a Quality Tech to join our team. The Quality Tech role would include:

Final Inspection

  • Inspect product and approve shipment
  • Issue NCR and maintain NCR log
  • Manage inspection queue
  • Perform Dimensional Layouts
  • Bubble Prints
  • Perform RMA inspections as needed



 

 

 





Production Support

  • Inspect Gaging
  • Issue Gages to Jobs
  • Adjust tolerances as needed
  • Gather Red Tags
  • Inspect Incoming Raw Material
  • Manage incoming Nonconforming Material
  • Product Audits







Data Processing

  • Red Tag Data Entry
  • Material Certs/C of C’s
  • Completing Inspection Forms
  • Look up material dimensions.
  • ERP Navigation
  • Manage Final Inspection Records
  • Maintain NCR and Job logs








Grover Team

  • Live core values
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with all departments
  • Attend and participate in meetings
