Planning System
- Run advanced scheduler daily
- Maintain open job orders
- Anticipate work load and capacity
- Manage job orders for scrap
Support Organization
- Advise customer service of quote lead time
- Maintain CTP system
- Work with supervisor to manage work center load
- Report capacity
- Advise customer service of potentially late shipments
- Participate in order review
Scheduling System
- Expedite outside service for purchase orders,
- Manage outside service vendors
- Release job orders
- Maximize throughput
- Review work cell load
- Monitor schedule compliance
- Conduct W.I.P. counts
