We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Treatment Technician to join our team on a part-time basis with flexible hours.

Job Description: As a Lawn Treatment Technician at Grow Green Weed Control, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments to our clients’ lawns. Your role is crucial in helping our clients maintain lush, healthy, and weed-free lawns. This position offers the flexibility to work a part-time schedule that fits your availability, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance, school, or other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn treatments, including fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and diagnose lawn conditions, including identifying weeds, pests, and diseases.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and offering lawn care advice.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments applied and services performed.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing lawn treatments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization and weed control.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform lawn care tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
