We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as managing the financial records of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the office, including ordering supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in office management and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
