Grow West is looking for a Logistics Office Analyst who can be a vital asset to the Trucking department. The ideal candidate should have strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Reader & QuickBooks.
• Manages Payroll and Payroll reports.
• Help Manage Onboarding with new employees and work with Grow West's Human Resources
• Research discrepancies to accurately process, issue and post credit/debits to customer accounts, as necessary.
• Operates standard office equipment to include computer, printer, photocopy
machine, calculator, postage machine, facsimile machine, and a multi-line telephone.
• Maintains accurate customer information in database according to company procedures.
• Adds new customer accounts into the Merchant Ag, OSI, & Mas 90 systems.
• Maintains all paper records and files the backup documentation related to accounts receivable.
• Performs daily billing functions and generates invoices and checks for mailing.
• Manages the entering of sub-hauler and company driver freight bills, reviews, enters adjustments, and produce reports.
• Produce rates for trucking and research rate schedules pertaining to the industry.
• Assists with closing out receivables in accordance with approved procedures.
• Answers client inquiries via telephone and in person regarding invoices or other related billing information.
• Sends information to clients as requested via email, fax, and mail.
• Prints and audits reports.
• Maintains a petty cash fund with the proper documentation; makes change as needed and balances on a regular basis.
• Verify vendor statements and handle all correspondence involving accounts payable.
• Research and correspond with vendors to reconcile various expenses.
• Makes recommendations for continuous process improvements and ensure that procedures are well-documented.
• Address and coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with any discrepancies.
• Maintains and updates equipment files according to DOT requirements.
• Participate in meetings and produce notes if needed for further instruction.
• Create budget and aging reports to support corporate decision making.
• Familiar with ABS Compliance & directing contractors with becoming an LLC.
• Managing new trucking software that complements the trucking industry.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CULTURE DRIVERS
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous Accounts Receivable and Payables experience
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry, preferred but not required
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to self-motivate and self-direct
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
