What are the responsibilities and job description for the Google Ads Specialist position at Grow Your Center LLC?
You're supporting our Google Ads Specialist in launching and managing Google Ad
campaigns all in a single niche industry. You're diligent and detail-oriented and can follow
instructions and processes well while also suggesting opportunities and ideas and
highlighting issues before they become major problems.
We're relying on you to be our eyes and ears inside the Google Ads manager. You're going
to learn a ton, and we want your input and skills - are you up for the challenge?
Role & Responsibility
Set up new advertising campaigns for childcare & preschool clients, working with
an Ads Strategist and Client Care to determine the best way to present ads &
calls to action.
Set up new Google Ads accounts via a documented process
Set up and split test Google Responsive Search Ads & Ad Extensions,
Display Ads, Video Ads
Perform split tests & experiments, edit or rewrite the existing copy as necessary,
and submit copy for approval by an in-house Ads Strategist
Skills/Qualifications
Intermediate position
Available 35-40 hours per week consistently
Familiarity with the Google Ads platform & Google Ads Editor software
Above-average written communications skills in English
Ability to vary copy (words/phrases) and tone of ads for split testing.
Some ad copywriting experience. Most copies will be copied/pasted. The audience is
parents looking for childcare & preschools, language should be on their terms.

Ability to review advertising trends, client websites, consumer surveys, and other
data regarding childcare marketing to determine the best way to promote such
services
