Regional Training Director

Our Compensation:
Salary plus a performance-based bonus plan linked to the department performance.

 What we look for in our Fitness Professionals: 
  • Proven ability to develop a staff of fitness professionals – Hire and coach the staff toward exceeding the department and client expectations.
  • Accomplished in growing a training department - Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.
  • Selling specialist – Innate ability to self-generate business revenue.
Requirements
  • 3-years’ proven work experience in the health and fitness industry – Required.
  • Holds Nationally recognized personal training certification.  – Required.
