```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Teacher/bus driver to join our team. As a After School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will play a vital role in their educational journey, providing instruction, support, and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

```Duties:```

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

- Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support student development

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, and behavior

- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and events

```Requirements:```

- Experience working with students in an educational daycare setting

- Knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment

- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

- Degree in Education or related field is preferred

Skills:

- Experience working with children or in childcare settings

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Ability to educate and engage students of different ages and abilities

- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus

- Experience in daycare or tutoring is beneficial

- First aid certification is preferred

Pay: $14.57 - $16.68 per hour
