eCommerce Specialist (online fashion retail) What You Will Do
You will drive the daily eCommerce operations, specifically with:

This role is a hybrid role, Monday Thursday in office with the team and Friday work from home.

eCommerce Specialist (online fashion retail) What You Will Do
You will drive the daily eCommerce operations, specifically with:
- Monitoring and analysis of daily eCommerce performance metrics, monitoring the metrics for trends, patterns and bringing forward ideas for improved performance / web traffic
- Creating and updating web product listings for 4 seasons of product
- Developing, initiating and ongoing monitoring of email campaigns you are initiating the campaign, monitoring campaign performance and bringing ideas for how to improve results
- Generating and managing promotional codes that drive marketing initiatives
- Assisting and working in partnership with the Customer Care team if there are any issues with online ordering
- You have exposure to eCommerce marketing (email campaigns, metrics monitoring, eCommerce analytics and metrics platforms, online retail, web marketing)
- You take initiative to identify challenges and bring your ideas and solutions
- You are self-directed and driving your own career, proactive and comfortable managing up
- Ability to work in the office Monday Thursday, 9am to 5pm
- Experience with Google Analytics, BigCommerce, Shopify, Klaviyo
- Experience with apparel marketing / fashion retail
