Position Overview:
The Invoicing and Shipping Coordinator role will focus on the invoicing and shipment processes. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, reconciling, and distributing invoices into the proper shipments.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
· Create and process invoices; ensure all invoices are properly recorded and reconciled in our company systems.
· Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports.
· Distribute invoices into proper shipments.
· Ensure shipments are ready to be sealed and shipped.
· Maintain records of invoices (when they are packed and shipped)
· Verify invoicing process to ensure timely delivery.
· Research and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proficient in Excel to include Pivot Tables, V-Lookup etc.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to analyze information.
· Must be able to learn new software systems.
· Background in Bookkeeping
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Impeccable Attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
· Excellent Data Entry Skills.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in work experience.
· 2 plus years of accounting experience.
