At Grub’s, our management staff supports and ensures that the restaurant operates within the Grub’s service guidelines, while meeting/exceeding sales and profitability objectives established during the budgeting process. We are looking to hire all management positions to inspire and lead our staff to ensure our customers have an exceptional and fun dining and beverage experience.
Manager Job Duties Include:
- Maintains safe, secure and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
-Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
-Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
-Hiring, training and developing new hourly team members
-Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation
-Prepare and present hourly team member reviews
-Complete all tasks assigned on time
