Grungo Colarulo seeks a full-time, Critical Case Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Legal Assistant with more than 3 years of PI office experience for our Cherry Hill Office.

Our ideal candidate would become an integral part of our Litigation and Critical Case Department, Plaintiff's Personal Injury Team. Some of the core duties of this position are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Support to Critical Case Paralegal and Attorneys
Request and obtain records/bills/documents for cases
Prepare and file all Court filings
Maintain/organize file related information in Filevine (our case management program)
Maintain and manage calendars for Critical Case Attorneys by scheduling depositions, client meetings and court hearings
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, emails and faxes for department
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of previous experience as a legal assistant in a Plaintiff personal injury law firm preferred
Knowledge of NJ and PA Court filings
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow and give instructions
Fast learner
Deadline and detail-oriented
Receptive to training and redirection
Self-Assured yet approachable
Must have ability to work remotely (proper computer, monitor and internet required)
Salary is competitive for those in the stated experience bracket, and is negotiable based upon experience and training.
