Requirements
1st Shift Schedule offered: M-F 7am-3:30pm
FINAL INSPECTOR
The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of measuring tools and the ability to read blue prints. Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of final inspection duties. Inspects parts to established inspection procedures as set up by the Quality Engineer. Be thoroughly familiar with, and operate a variety of inspection equipment including micrometers, verniers, gages, hardness testers, comparators, and gaging equipment. Checks parts against prints; completes inspection reports. Maintains accurate records and other data as required. Must have a solid knowledge of quality system.
SKILLS
- Ability to use various measurement and inspection devices.
- Able to use SPC theories, functions and blueprint readings.
- Able to fill out company inspection and production documents.
- Able to determine when parts meet specifications.
- Able to learn to use microscope.
- Must be very detail oriented.
