What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at GSE CONSTRUCTION?
Perform adminstrative functions for heavy/civil construction projects ranging from $50k-$70M. Previous experience in construction administration, i.e Procore or similar Document Management software, Viewpoint or similar accounting software, etc. preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist PM & Superintendent as directed to help execute the project
- Input data into View Point Project Management Software for project related documentation
- Creating and maintaining all project files
- Manage RFI & PCO documentation as directed including tracking and maintaining files & logs
- Assist in the processing of submittals and coordinating with suppliers all the way through approval and release to fabrication
- Tracking and logging startup & closeout requirements
- Issue POs & subcontracts as directed
- Collect, verify and process material delivery packing slip and verify against POs
- Create, track and log Requests for Quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage daily sign in sheets and time card entry
- Compile and submit certified payroll
- Compile & submit monthly lien releases
- The main person to interface between the project and accounting insuring that billings, job cost, AP & payroll are processed thoroughly, accurately and timely
- Other administrative duties as directed by management

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
