Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements

Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales-related role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
• Must be able to work M,T,Thurs,Fri 8am-5pm & Saturday 10am-4pm Off Sunday & Wednesdays
• Valid CA License and active auto insurance
