The Precision Ag Line Advisor will be responsible for collaborating with a number of our most strategic Dealers & Customers who are subscribed to PAL.

PAL Advisor will be responsible for executing high quality technology related operational support by using defined processes to achieve optimal dealer & customer satisfaction.

You will earn the role of trusted advisor in Precision Agriculture related solutions and forge relationships with your customers and fellow PAL Advisors.

You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Precision Ag technology products by AGCO as well as 3rd Party. You will share operational best practices, develop help material for end users, and collaborate closely with AGCO Sales & Support teams.

Currently, the PAL organization is operating in North America with goals to expand in other regions such as Australia / New Zealand.

Your Impact

• First level advisor responsible to improve farmers’ precision agricultural business operations as a bridge for AGCO and non-AGCO machines.
• In primary seasons (Planting, Harvest), assist fellow advisors to address the operational needs & understanding in the use and optimization for farmers’ operations.
• During out of season, build and conduct training as a supplement to existing training organizations to help accelerate AGCO’s knowledge base of Precision Ag.
• Assist AGCO Customers and Dealers directly via PAL hotlines (phone, text / chat, video, email)
• Cover PAL hours of operation, both standard hours and after-hours.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Associate’s or Technical degree
• 3 years of related precision agricultural experience with independent dealers
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Reliable ISP access
